Because Mochino operates under Iranian e-commerce law and issues official invoices (and VAT certificates for business customers on request), your name and national ID — or, for organisations, the economic code and national identifier — are required.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter. If information is incomplete or incorrect, we may ask for more details to confirm the order. You may enter someone else's contact details to receive an order; they are used for that order only.

Your information is stored by Mochino only and is not shared with business partners. When technical errors occur, diagnostic data is recorded to find and fix the cause. We use cookies to improve our services; you can manage or disable them in your browser settings.
